What is — and is not — included?

Does Score assess any system instantly?

No. It is a human-led, AI-assisted professional assessment. Sources, purpose, criticality, capacity, reviewers and authorizations are qualified before work begins. Gaps can prevent an official score.

Do Technical and Complete change scoring rigor?

No. Criteria, rubrics, weights and evidence requirements stay the same. Depth and deliverables change: Technical includes the Technical report; Complete includes Technical, Product and Market/Business reports in every round.

Does the assessment include a pentest or certification?

No. Pentesting, exploitation, production load testing, AI red teaming and regulatory certification are excluded. Dynamic tests, running client code and operational access require specific authorization and capacity.

Are fixes and migration included in the price?

No. Implementation, migration, rebuilding, managed operations and incident response have their own proposals. You can engage your team or another provider.

How are rounds compared?

Using current sources and versions, with the same method and comparable scope where possible. Changes to scope or method are explained. An authorized recalculation produces a new artifact and preserves the original.

Is the Annual Cycle a support subscription?

No. It is three assessments at the selected depth over 12 months, without continuous monitoring, on-call service or monthly oversight. Complete includes three reports in each round.

What about rescheduling and cancellation?

Notice, dates, term, amounts, completed work and any refund are agreed in the contract before commencement. Supplier delays extend the relevant term; contracted rounds do not silently disappear.

Can I submit my repository or credentials through the form?

No. Submit only contact details, company and objective. After qualification we agree a private channel, authorized sources, purpose and retention.

Trustyu Score is a Trustyu.ai product. Tech Human invests in Trustyu.ai. The proposal identifies the seller, evaluator, human reviewer, data operator and delivery owner.

You can implement recommendations with your own team or another provider. Execution and any co-builder agreement are separate decisions; equity participation is not universal.
